Born 1972, trained chef
After working at the “Waldhotel” Bad Sulzburg near Freiburg in Germany, at the “Tower Thistel Hotel” in London, Great Britain, at “The Manor”, West Orange, New Jersey, USA and several further trainings at the “Culinary Institute of America” he returned to Berlin. After completing further training as a state-certified caterer at a private hotel academy in Berlin, he founded Primero Gastronomie Personal Service GmbH in 2001 together with his brother Christian Burgert.
He knows the needs of customers, the workflows in kitchen operations and special requirements in upscale hotel and event catering. Daniel Burgert is happy to be your contact for your staffing needs and requests for any event.
Christian Burgert
Born 1970, graduate in business administration
After studying economics and holding positions as branch and operations manager at Lidl / Aldi Nord, he founded Primero Gastronomie Personal Service GmbH together with his brother Daniel Burgert in 2001.
